Andrea Lehmann-Gutermuth

As Managing Director Andrea Lehmann-Gutermuth is responsible for Product Solutions & Private Debt. Responsibilities span across asset classes.

Product solutions focus on supporting fund managers in structuring institutional property and alternative investment funds. Particular attention is paid to the regulatory requirements of investor groups that are subject to an investment law regulatory regime. Further, support for new product approval processes and investor onboarding are among the central tasks.

The responsibility for private debt includes Selinus Capital’s sales activities for debt funds.

Andrea Lehmann-Gutermuth has over 20 years of professional experience gained from analytical, technical and management positions within the banking and asset management industry. Previously, she was product expert at Helaba Invest Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, specialized in infrastructure and private debt. In this role, product development, investor solutions and onboarding were also at the core of her responsibilities.

Prior assignments include responsible positions in alternative investments, both in the management of fund-of-funds as well as direct lending funds.

Andrea Lehmann-Gutermuth holds the CIIA® diploma, a diploma in International Management und Chinese Studies and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the State University of New York at Albany.
